We tried out Jetty at the Port despite the not so great ratings. First walking in - the atmosphere is great. Seems clean and aesthetically pleasing.
The wait was 50 minutes and was exactly what the hostess told us.
We order nachos as an appetizer. Unfortunately they weren't great.. the cheese and toppings were overheated on the tortilla chips.
As a meal we ordered the margarita pizza with a Caesar salad. Again - just not great. The caesar salad didn't have a good caesar dressing in it and normally there's a Parmesan cheese sprinkled. The pizza seemed undercooked.
That being said - the view here of the water may be the best in Rochester. Absolutely beautiful. And the prices aren't too bad.
Another good place in Rochester to come for drinks but not the food.. cocktail/beer prices were great! -

I give three stars for the view. Service was ok nothing special. Our waitress had a trainee with her as did the other waitress. We walk in at 530 and there is 10 wait staff I knew it was gunna be a little pricy.
Food was ok not a huge selection and not a huge beer selection either. We ended up going to bill grays afterwards. Kinda pricy for what it is pretty cool to check out tho. -

For a place that's right on the water, they offer a surprisingly limited amount of seafood options on their menu. Husband and I came for dinner and decided to split the Friday night fish fry and a Caesar salad with shrimp ($6 extra for shrimp). The fish fry was actually quite good-- fried but tasted lighter than they usually do. The salad itself was just ok-- they put 6 baby shrimp on the salad, which to me, isn't worth the up charge of $1 each. I'd rather they put just 3 or 4 regular sized shrimp on the salad...at least then you feel like you're eating something. If we come back, I think we'll steer clear of the seafood. Clearly they don't want to serve it.

Nice view. Very friendly staff EXTREMELY slow service for mid afternoon. Bartender no where to be found with people waiting for service. Food is very good though

Went for drinks and apps with an out of town friend. Excellent food and service (thanks Lisa!)
So glad they'll be open year round and can't wait to return.
Looking forward to experiencing the brunch!
